Mold design and construction
All modes of production in our mold design and construction are configured for the highest precision. The Infrastructure was newly designed in 2006; its basis is full climate control of ±1°K across the entire mold design and construction, and in portions all but 0.3°K.
Precision results not only from advanced technology but rather is also largely reliant on the know-how and motivation of our employees.
Ultra precision machines, like the Kern Pyramid Nano, facilitate an exactness of position of 0.3 µ and thus ultimate precision in electrode and facon domain through their hydrostatic axle location and propulsion technology.
With the handlingsystem Chameleon from Z&K we laid the cornerstone in 2009 for a FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) and thus combined ultimate flexibility with absolute precision.
