Microtechnology
Micro technology is not only a miniaturization of the components' dimensions! It demands entirely new manufacturing technologies in mold design and construction, the production of injection molding, as well as in the removal of the article from the mold and handling of the article.
In our production hall, newly constructed in 2006, we have the latest injection technology at our disposal. All production facilities are linked to a DTS-system (Driverless Transport System), which integrates the logistical sequences thus contributing to cost effiency and additionally allows the employees to concentrate on the core process.
For the lowest shot weight, we apply the micro-system 50 among others to various modules, in order to be able to actualize, for instance, a ball bearing cage with a component weight of < 0.008 g.
For contours in the µ domain, LIGA technology is applied in the preparation of tools.
